The Story: I'm Josue "The Captain" Cano. This salsa was handed down to me from my parents who brought the recipe from GuadalajaraMexico. During the summer of 2009 my dog of 9 years Rufai was diagnosed with cancer. To raise funds for Rufai's cancer treatments people donated to her cause and they received this amazing Garlic Salsa. Needless to say, she passed on a Tuesday morning of Oct. 6th. With this salsa, I honor her loving memory. I hope she would be proud of me for living on her legacy through Garlic Salsa. My heart and soul is poured into every bottle of El Capitan's Garlic Salsa. Thank you Rufai for being such a wonderful addition to my life.
